• Has been awarded the Gold medal presented by Prof. D.R. Wijerathne foundation for the best performance in the special Arts Degree Examination in Sinhala Language in 2002.
Has been awarded the Gold medal sponsored by Alumni Association of the University of Kelaniya in memory of the late most venerable kotahene Sri Praganakeerthi for the best Performance of the faculty of Arts [Special] Degree examination, year 2002.
