What is Inclusivity?
Inclusivity is the practice or policy of providing equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those having physical or intellectual disabilities or belonging to other minority groups. Inclusivity is an aspect of the right to equality and the right to be free from discrimination that is recognised under the Sri Lankan Constitution. The right to be free from discrimination is specifically recognised under Section 30, Universities Act, 1978.
