Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the third and fourth Batches of the Diploma in Buddhist Psychology and Counselling conducted by the Department of Pali & Buddhist Studies, Faculty of Humanities, Kelaniya University was held in an advanced manner on Friday, October 13, 2023, at Sri Dharmaloka Hall, University of Kelaniya. 151 diploma holders belonging to both groups participated in this event.
Certificates were awarded to the diploma holders by Senior Professor Nilanthi De Silva, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya. The keynote speech on this occasion was delivered by Prof. Dr. Samadhi Vishwanath Rajapakse. Dr. Sudath Senarath, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Senior Prof. Makuruppe Dhammananda Thera, Head of the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies, and the members of academic and non-academic staff participated in this event.
